It has been covered before. Search may prove fruitful. It is at least questionable whether it is beneficial for the company to be investing though, what with CGT and corporation tax and all that.

I have a bit of cash in abbey national business reserve account.

I would like to spread the cash into two or more places just in case another bank decides to go under. whats the safest places to put money?
