The issue is not a company car (she should be paying BIK on this), but chauffeur.Originally posted by d000hg View PostFor the same reason a contractor travelling every weekend might expect business-class flights and decent hotels...Comment

She does a LOT of travelling. And why shouldn't she have a chauffeur anyway? What are your suggestions for the rights to such luxury?Originally posted by AtW View PostThe issue is not a company car (she should be paying BIK on this), but chauffeur.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

I saw a car the other day with that number plate: B1TCHOriginally posted by Clippy View PostB1tch.
It wasn't Harman, but the woman driver certainly did look the part (haughty-looking middle-aged blonde woman in big Mercedes).Comment

She should use public transport more - after all it was her Govt that screwed over motorists to pay for public transport, why is she driving in the first place?Originally posted by d000hg View PostShe does a LOT of travelling. Chauffeur is expensive (will cost more per annum than her car), and is completely unnecessary - she is not PM.Comment

This happened 3 months ago. The daily mail picks it up the day before the tory conference, hmm ...
Shoddy journalism anyone? I can't stand Harman, she's beyond inept, but I bet this story fizzles out once recollections over the actual facts of the case emergeComment

She may be a stupid cow but she is (in theory) the 2nd most senior politician in the country at the moment. You just want her to head down the high street and flag the bus?Originally posted by AtW View PostShe should use public transport more - after all it was her Govt that screwed over motorists to pay for public transport, why is she driving in the first place?

Do you just come on here to prove you are thick? Is it a bet or something?Comment

She is certainly not 2nd.Originally posted by minestrone View PostShe may be a stupid cow but she is (in theory) the 2nd most senior politician in the country at the moment.
I am talking about chauffeur here specifically. Why would she need one? She is not the Queen or the PM or anyone who'd need to be driven on official occasions. Though on the other hand given how badly she drives maybe she should have one - it would make roads safer.Originally posted by minestrone View PostYou just want her to head down the high street and flag the bus?Comment

Being Deputy Leader of the Labour Party if someone decided to shot Gordon she would get the job of running the country. With that I can say she is the 2nd most senior politician in the country.Originally posted by AtW View PostShe is certainly not 2nd.

I mean FFS, do they not give you lot some kind of citizenship exams? Can we not add numeracy exams to that as well? Jesus wept.
Again, are you on here as a wind up?Comment

She certainly won't get that job for more than short period of time during which the real challenger will come out to get it.Originally posted by minestrone View PostBeing Deputy Leader of the Labour Party if someone decided to shot Gordon she would get the job of running the country.
2nd politician is debateable but I'd say the Leader of the Opposition qualifies. Deputy Leader of the Labour party won't be in Top 5, specificaly Harman isn't in top 20 though I am sure she likes to think that she is.Originally posted by minestrone View PostWith that I can say she is the 2nd most senior politician in the country.
Thankfully it was not required to kiss Labour's arse in order to become a British citizenOriginally posted by minestrone View PostI mean FFS, do they not give you lot some kind of citizenship exams?
