Blackpool tonight to catch the illuminations and the fireworks.
Visiting a friend in hospital on Saturday/Sunday and basically just tidying up the garden.
Packing up for the Cruise on the Med.

Meal tonight; Cycling tomorrow first thing; Helping some friends clear a church hall out after building work in the afternoon; Party with said friends in the evening - seeing someone off to Germany; Sunday lunch with parents...
...and finding some time in amongst all that to pack, and get a few last min essentials (including Euros) for a week on a Greek island from Monday.Comment

Buy a load of new shirts tomorrow, bring suitcase of clothes to ironing lady, laze about a lot then eat large amount of pasta.
Sunday rugby match, then shepherd's pie and vino. And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014Comment

Going down to Devon for a week to rest up my 3 broken ribs plus broken clavicle.
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave JohnsonComment

Quiet weekend this week as I actually have to go to work on Monday morning for a change and a new client. So tonight I was going to go and have a few beers but will stay at home with a couple of films and a home delivered meal. Footie tomorow afternoon followed by a few bevvies and home with the last bus at least (2:15am.) Sunday will be cooking a nice Indian and reading up on the software I have to install as I've only done it once and on a totally different platform.“Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.”Comment
