Either a telephone interview to qualify the fit, or travelling expenses. Otherwise they are just throwing away your money, and they'll probably find that quite painless.Comment

Ancient, fully agree with you. It's becoming all too common for agents to drag their feet when asked to produce a role spec - and for them to then take the agressive line.
