'They' only need three doctors that are willing to section someone and that is it. Easy enough to find them. There was a case at the weekend where a doctor was told by the Libyans that "three months would be helpful" and he agreed.
Doctors / Police - don't trust either of the frakers.How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
