Initial contact letter
Dear Name of IT Manager,
May I take a few moments of your time to introduce my company, MyCo IT Ltd? We are a small IT Consultancy based in MyTown, established in 2007.
Our aim is to work with companies in the local area to provide good value IT services, in the Business Systems field. If you are thinking about the next step, and if improvements can be made, or if your systems are proving to be too high maintenance we would love to talk to you.
Our main strengths lie in Systems Integration and Bespoke Application development. More and more businesses are thinking in terms of business processes and aligning their IT with them, and not the other way around. A company with robust automated processes will always outperform a more manually process based competitor. Automation does not have to be expensive either!
If you would like a consultant to call you, please drop us a line at :
and we can arrange to come and see you at a convenient time.
There are big benefits in working with a local firm, so if we don't hear from you we hope it will be ok to call you in a few days to see if we can be of service.
