          There's a limit to what education can do. You can't polish a turd as your experience shows.

          I'm dead set against IBs, I don't want some clever whipper-snappers who actually know something and can apply it, coming up through the system. The current educational system ensures that us oldies rule the roost, as there is no competition from the young uns.
