Never said they don't, but I think men are better at it in a corporate sense. There is a simple reason why women do not make it to the top levels as often as men and that is because a large chunk have their careers scuppred by having kids. To me having kids is a matter of personal choice and so is the way they are cared for. If a woman or a man wants to take say 10 years out of their career to raise a family then good for them. However I think it is totally unfair to expect special treatment when they get back onto their chosen career. I think it is totally unfair that a woman (or man) who has taken time out should benefit from positive discrimmination to simply meet an objective of getting a set percentage of women to the higher levels in a company.Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
