what did you have? was the wine list any good? what was the atmosphere and service like?

    for the blokes: fit waitresses?
for the girls: what were the toilets like?
Fair point Chef but I a man of few words and am trying to get a document out while dipping into this forum for some light relief. So briefly, I didn't linger long on the wine list except to notice some very expensive champagne. I am a beer drinker and so found the Peruvian bottled beer dry with a well rounded finish. Food was fish and chips - batter very light and chips cut with a ruler and set square. Waitresses were all in black shapeless garb so no chance to letch. No idea what toilets were like. Even though in full sun they keep it icy cool. The general ambience is high gleam stainless steel, polished granite - not very comfy but the view was 'to die for'

    hope that helped

      Information overload.

Cool restaurant, nice view - great norks on the waitresses would have sufficed.

I take it the Gherkin is sizably larger than the Oxo?

Most movies I've ever seen it starts off that way ... but the oxo usually accommodates in the end.

Sounds like an idiot trap for metrosexuals.

Our chippy does cod and chips for a fiver and the girl behind the counter has massive n()rks. Great view.

              .
Indeed a Stavros Flatley lookalike like yourself would stick out like a sore thumb in a City milieu of that nature.
