Anyone remember the thread some time ago where Milan, Fleetwood and others described the utopia of urban France. No slums, no violence, happy communities. Not like Britain at all.

I only mention this because I said at the time it was total bollocks.

"Police reported at least 839 vehicles burnt and 186 arrests on Sunday night."

Things seem to be warming up nicely.

        A few of my favourites:
        Ronalds view of things...
        Anyone lost their number plate?
        Air-conditioning not included
You wait ages for a bus, then there isn't one...

I'd love to, but I'm just to busy. The Internet won't surf itself you know.

The BlairBush Project should seize the opportunity and invade France.

Only a matter of time before it spreads to other countries, just thank your lucky stars the weather is a bit chilly or we would have our own riots spreading around the country... our chappies tend to prefer the summertime for a spot of car burning.

And to back up a point made earlier; yes, it will probably be EU money rather than French money that ends up putting sticking plasters on Frances social system. In other words, we'll end up paying for it.

"There is a defacto colour bar in France." "The chickens are coming home to roost." A few of the comments I heard on the radio this morning. Milan care to comment on the 101 things wrong with France?

                      Oh dear...

"A night of rioting in France has left 1,408 vehicles burnt out and resulted in 395 arrests - the highest tolls yet in 11 nights of unrest."
