Possibly something to do with JJB being the UKs biggest sports supplier and the small matter of the Olympics coming up? Not to mention the footie World Cup in SA.
Enthusiasm for sports and kit sales must be looking good.I am not qualified to give the above advice!

Ah, so you think he is purely investing for a profit and not have some kind of sporting venture floating around??Originally posted by The Lone Gunman View PostPossibly something to do with JJB being the UKs biggest sports supplier and the small matter of the Olympics coming up? Looking at their trading statements, Im not too sure they will be around long enough to see the Olympics.

It is wise to spread your investments, though as you say JJB is not exactly a sound investment right now. 2010 will see massive sales in footie kit which may spring board them to 2012.Originally posted by pzz76077 View PostAh, so you think he is purely investing for a profit and not have some kind of sporting venture floating around??

JJB sells rubbish..always has. And I can't figure out why they need Three stores in Blackburn (two of them with gyms) and one In Accrington. They seem to think that they can push rubbish down our throats.
Someone needs to get in there and trim things down. Don't think Bill is guy though.McCoy: "Medical men are trained in logic."

Would agree, rubbish at 10 times the price you would expect it to be. Have been in a couple of their stores but have never seen anything that looks to be worth buying.Originally posted by lilelvis2000 View PostJJB sells rubbish..always has. It's because the chavs love them initRule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
