I have bad experiences that have deterred me from buying food from Indian shops. That makes me a racist then.

To not go back to those same shops would be sensible discrimination.

To not go back to any Indian shop would be discrimination by race alone. It would be racist behaviour.

If that is indeed your behaviour, then yes, you are a racist.

So are you a racist or are you a liar?
My all-time favourite Dilbert cartoon, this is: BTW, a Dumpster is a brand of skip, I think.

I'm sure the Indian shops are gutted to have lost you as a customer.

The government was (and is) not taking this virus seriously enough.

There is a deliberate attempt to downplay the seriousness of this virus to the general public, somewhat understandably to avoid a panic.

The major difference between the swine flu virus and a normal flu virus is that the swine flu strain kills normal healthy individuals, whereas a normal flu virus does not, typically affecting immuno-suppressed, elderly, etc.

People are dying of swine flu (itself).

Nobody dies of normal flu, they die of complications of normal flu, i.e., pneumounia, etc.,

This looks like the real thing.

Only the ones where I see them handling cooked food after touching raw meat with their bare hands, and those that sell fruit with accidental meat 'attachments'.

I bet there are a few English shops that have done likewise.

Thing is : why bring Indian into it in the first place? Presumably deliberately trolling by bringing out the race card.........

Never seen any news reports of any Indian food places causing deaths. Plenty references to established British shops.

                  Racist, nothing more or less.

Yes. A very poor attempt at trolling by CyberTory. 1/10. Must do better.....

I've been around decades and I have never seen such practices in English shops. They would be closed down in no time, but PC seems to allow ethnic minorities to get away with 'murder' under the guise of their customary practices. We bend over backwards so as not to be accused of racism, but we could well pay a heavy price for this once swineflu takes its full course.
