Problem is, its against the law to force anyone to work- slavery and all.
Its also against the law for the state not to support anyone that chooses not to work.
If thats the life these people want to live, then they are entitled to it.
Wonder how many of these are power sellers on Ebay etc??

Just past Millwall's stadium is JSA city.
Dozens of council flats. The whole block was covered with sky dishes.
Are the poor really poor in this country?
They smoke, drink, wear Nike trainers, listen to ipods and watch sky all day.
It's a joke.
I think JSA should be equiv. to min. wage and then they can work for the council sweeping the streets, cleaning graffiti, jet spraying footpaths etc.
If you don't turn up you don't get paid.
(a) Who are you to decide what people spend their pittance on?
(b) What makes you think that people who live in Council Houses DONT work?Last edited by SallyAnne; 13 July 2009, 12:33.The pope is a tard.Comment

you would be better giving them food stamps instead of money
then at least the kids have a chance of some food before any money they get i spent on beer and drugs
cos that is all that poor people do you know - drink beer - take drugs
and watch Jeremy Kyle all day.
but seriously if you want to stop it you need to stop making it a viable alternative to working.Comment

Being long term unemployed is soul destroying.
Not every slum is a council house. Not every council house is a slum. Not everyone in a council house is on benefits.I am not qualified to give the above advice!
