Pah, the 9-5 FPT/Aero is not exactly unresponsive. The latest diesel (1.9 one that alfa use as well) is pretty good too, plus the later versions handle a lot better.

Still, I'd go for the XJ - second cars are sooooo cheap in Britain - another NL miracle surely
