porn surfing
I'm better than dirt. Well, most kinds of dirt, not that fancy store-bought dirt... I can't compete with that stuff. -
Yet it is very hard to convince the client that you can work at home.Originally posted by Mich the Tester View Post...and doing more work than I've ever done at any clientco. I wonder why.
But the main resistance is from people really. I sometimes want to smack the face of people saying "this is very important, we must discuss in the office" when it is something like like character at position 4 to be "%" or "$". They should be fired, humiliated and exiliated somewhere very far away...
I do wonder how you think you can force people to work just because they are in the office? Besides the internet gateway, the brain can find very clever alternatives not to work.I've seen much of the rest of the world. It is brutal and cruel and dark, Rome is the light.Comment

Porn surfing is more productive than CUK surfing for example as once you stopped the urge then you are back to work straight away. Ahemm so I have been told by people, of course.Originally posted by Rookie View Post

Just goes to show the real importance of the work you do, eh?

Working in the office, you have lots of potential distractions, that cute little blonde in accounts for one
At home, it's the missus or Jeremy Kyle, no wonder you get more work done

Far too many distractions at home. Motorbike in the garage and only a short walk to the beach with my kite buggy. What starts out as a 1 hour jaunt at lunch time can easily turn into an all day kite or bike fest. If my mates knew I was at home the door bell would never stop ringing and I would be awash with coffee.Originally posted by thelace View PostWorking in the office, you have lots of potential distractions, that cute little blonde in accounts for one
