Seriously, they are probably more concerned that you will be able to deal with the culture. It's not .... erm .... fast-paced and there is quite a bit of PC and empire-building to deal with - people who think they are very important etc (although almost never the actual coal-face medical staff). On the plus side, a lot of people I met are thoroughly decent, kind folks.
If you have worked in large public sector orgs before just promote those on your cv.
