Britain needs smokers. The NHS funding relies on it.

Remember, giving up smoking is killing the NHS.

I've been smoke free for 54 years apart from the time when I was about ten when a mate accidentally dropped a banger in my wellington boot !!

        Ah! That explains everything.

You've come right out the other side of the forest of irony and ended up in the desert of wrong.

Hopefully from the profanisaurus 'bangers & mash' definition of the word.

I actually decided to go to the NHS stop smoking coarse and I was put on the tablets. It was a 3 month plan and I never got to buying the last 2 weeks supply of the tablets, did not need it.

Have not touched a cigarette for 10 months now.

Thats good going!! Are the cravings all gone or do you get the occasional pang?

I'm using the lozenges as found they were just what work for me. Only downside is they make your mouth hurt after a few days.

Tried one of those inhalators the other day - wierd, didn't like it. Finding just a few lozenges a day is keeping me going.

Yep all gone and I can sit outside with the smokers and it does not bother me at all.

Well done so far, keep it up.

I really should pack it in too.
