Possible to rent for 3 months?

      Just sign up for the normal 6 month contract, pay the deposit and first month......Job done.... Because they can do naff all unless you get at least 2 months behind in the rent. Believe me, whatever they say, they cannot do anything.

      So at end of 3 month contract you just say good bye and have, effectively a free month

      PS: If suddenly you get last minute renewal, just pay up another months rent, so that your never more than 2 months in arrears. That'll stop any landlord in his tracks, just like this
