Only started contracting because I couldn't get past the agency firewall to get to any interviews. Kept being told I was over-qualified or over-experienced for the permie role (since when was being too good a disqualification?) Never stopped applying for permie roles, but I really feel that the industry is only looking for automatons - if anything novel needs coding or implementing they can always outsource to "plenty cheapness" land.

Not one hell of a chance of going permie!
I'd star some other business rather than go back being permie.I couldn't give two fornicators! Yes, really!

Who are these three permies here?
