Why I am starting to despise my Parish Priest

A true story from the Priestly front-line.
My Brother is a vicar in the North East and he has two curates and some church helpers. One of the helpers has mental issues having been abused as a child by his step father. Both of the curates have a well developed sense of humour and one of them bought the other a skimpy Borat-style swim suit.

They were all in the pub last Thursday having a church meeting when one of the curates shows a photo on his mobile, of his friend in the swimsuit. The guy with the mental issues thought it was a naked photo, peed himself and went into some sort of shock. His carers have gotten the Police involved and the poor guy has accused the church of grooming him ready for some sort of Satanic gang bum-orgy.

My brother has gotten Sentamu involved and we are still waiting to see what happens next

I don't think I hate anyone and I do not feel the need to 'save' anyone.
My beliefs are my own, I do not force them upon anyone, unlike several of the posters on here who seem to need to inform us all at regular intervals how rubbish we are for having faith.

I am usually not like this when around people of any belief in person. I am not really sure why I got so aggressive this morning.

I really don't care much what others believe.

I want to make a joke about the curates egging him on, but I'll refrain.

Anyway if they knew his history, why would they show him such a thing. It's pretty thoughtless.

my priest rejected the invitation of dinner, as he wanted to get off straight after the ceremony to watch the ireland vs england six nations match.
he didn't ask for donation, except in passing saying "whatever we felt appropriate".
bunged him a couple of hundred quid.

Looks like the Phelps family are coming to Scotland to protest as the COS are probably going to enrole a gay minister for the first time. I hope they know what they are doing, they will be lucky to get out the country without a severe beating, or with their wallets.
