That one is too old - in all probability he asks his secretary to answer emails for him, like my ex-ex-boss did, allegedly... -
With a bit of luck, it should make No. 1 tomorrow. How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Preferably, as quickly as possible.Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Preferably, as quickly as possible.Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

Indeed, given his status and importance, it would only be right to give exemption in this case, as a mark of respect for the man and all that he has done for the country.
Think of it as a parting gift from a grateful electorate.
