What happens if you don't have a printer? I had a similar probmel a while ago with British Midland. We'd booked to use the lounge before a trip and I hadnt noticed that there was a voucher at the end of the 5th page that had to be printed off. Without it they wouldn't allow access, this dispite me having it available to see on my mobile. In the end we emailed it to a guy at the Dixsons shop and he printed it off for us.
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

    I preferred version 1!

I went down to my local Polish internet cafe where it cost me a quid to get it the Easyjet doc printed. Unfortunately, with Easyjet they only give you two attempts to print so a bit of panic ensued when I had a few problems with their printer.

          Print to PDF first then!

I'm onto a plan B here. Easy jet boarding cards at £1 a pop. All I need is a laptop and a printer.

You'd have to name your company something o'leary, to have a pop at him.

I have to say, their rules & regs & charges are a masterpiece of deception.

Why not just go to the check-in desk and say - "I tried to get a boarding pass for this flight from the web-site and a message came up saying a boarding pass cannot be given at this time but you may collect one from the check-in desk" or are they going to argue that one out too?

Sorry - I've never flown RyanAir and never intend to - so don't know if it will work!
This default font is sooooooooooooo boring and so are short usernames

If I flew RA, I would print a screenshot (with the error message) and take it to the check-in desk. Let them try and argue.

The little man who runs it has no respect whatsoever for his customers, competitors or anyone except maybe those who treat him with the disdain that he entirely deserves.
