That reminds me of bbc breakfast this morning - lightweight presenter Turnbull following the progress of the various leaders emerging from their cars at Excel to be greeted by the PM - turnbull says "if I'm not mistaken, that's the Japanese prime minister..." to which the reporter replies "actually its Secretary General of the UN Ban Ki-moon"
