Its a bit on the back of the car that provides downforce, but just as importantly creates a lot of turbulance which means the car behind can't follow as closely as they would like for overtaking.Originally posted by Ruprect View Post

However some of the teams have worked out a cunning design that has increased the down force and turbulence whist staying within the new regulations (pending appeal).
