I did once have a rather nasty nightmare... at least I assume it was...

In the dream, I woke up in my room. I could hear the rest of the household getting up. I was aware of an evil presence in the room, so I tried to go to the door, but it was really difficult, my body felt so heavy. I tried calling out, but couldn't speak. I managed to crawl to the door, and as I reached it, I was grabbed by the shoulders and pulled back... I then woke up in my bed, absolutely bl**dy terrified. It about 6am, and the house was completely quiet.

Never had a dream like it before or since. Nor would I want to!

Oh - you may well see him again - but I would be polite if I were you.

By the way was he tall - say over six foot ?
So you have a telescope with a 3.5 dia mirror? Little big for the back garden me thinks.

I'm guessing he was 6 foot ish.

Yes it would be a tad large for your back garden as its about 7.5m high, 4m wide and weighs 3400 kg.

Yes - thought he would be about six foot.

Thanks - biggest one on the planet - well thats not true as it will be 1.5 million milles away at point L2 - still the lens is double the size of Hubble.

                    That's the bunny.
Several studies have concluded that many or most people will experience sleep paralysis at least once or twice in their lives
                    Once was sufficient, thank-you.

As I was walkin' up the stair
                      I saw a man who wasn't there
                      He wasn't there again today
Oh how I wish he'd go away!
