We would regularly see our role being advertised. The client's HR department was simply using the agent to find out supply levels for particular skills.
I liked phoning the agent and talking about the role. They used to get all excited that they finally had someone with the relevant skills. They were so disappointed when I had to say it sounds like my role you are advertising.Comment
