Which means the only way for his 'short' to be successful is for everyone else to follow suit.

Sounds a lot like "buy-to-let ers" telling everyone else that they absolutely cannot afford to lose out and simply must buy into property because it will keep going up forever.


He might be right, but the fact that he has a vested interest in the result clearly taints what he is saying...
