So which have you guys have made the jump from Poacher to Gamekeeper. Ie. Contractor to Agent.

Any agents or past agents out there want to tell us if it was a difficult switch, did you do it on your own or join an agency?

Nah. Was wondering if I should make some of my money work for me by taking on a few contractors and placing them.

Also was going to start offering Finance on Furniture deals and charging for that as well.
