        Why should you expect the agency to renegotiate mid term during your current contract simply because you have found out how much of a cut they are taking?

        Remember - YOU accepted the contract at the current rate that you are getting. Sure, go for leverage at renewal time but be prepared to walk otherwise you'll look like a gutless tit.

          Once at contract renewal, I received an extra piece of paper or two which shouldn't have been in there. It stated that my agent gets £16 per day for me.
