but like leave the stones bit in the stones bit is like the placemarker to show how far you have come - but rather than measuring it in miles we are measuring it in smaller intervals than miles so we can more easily check our progress

its a good point
had a new manager start few weeks back and effectively I come under his 'control' he started trying to put together a rota for lunchbreaks and holidays and stuff when he asked me what lunch break times I prefered - he did not get as offended as I expected when i told him what he could do with his rota!!
( i do love the fact he is a new manager and feels things would be great if he can pin a pretty spreadsheet to the wall showing peoples break and lunch times - like what did he learn that in his degree course??)Comment
