Good for you Sally - Im having a wee cup of Mango Tea myself !

I dont drink - its all due to a bout of alocohol poisoning self-inflicted at the age of 14 - the upshot is that I have never been able to dink much more than a couple of beers then I feel as if Im going to black out - I guess what you dont know you dont miss.

Altough Im nearing 50 years old Im told I look 10 years younger than my mates who hit the Bevy - some are no longer with us.

Enjoy yourselves folks- but dont overdo it.

After I'd had major surgery, I was supposed to drink 5 litres of water a day for a few days, to flush the drugs out.

Just had a rather nice glass of Italian red.
