Chart is similar to what happened in jan 2002, when it jumped from a bit below 1000 in December 2001 to 1500 in January 2002.

Then it drifted back down to about 1100 in the middle of 2002 and stayed there for about a year, things finally began to pick up in the middle of 2003.


If history repeats then its Doom and Gloom until mid 2010.
