If the 18 month VAT rate-drop from 17½% to 15% costs x-billions, and yet everyone is saying it wont make any difference, why don't they just put it up to 20% for 18 months afterwards to pay for it, presume people wont notice that either?"take me to your leader"Comment

I don't think that the future is in any position to be making demands of us.
If it wants to get all heavy then we can easily take actions now that leave it completely f**ked up.
