I'm guessing it's all heading towards an election in September (which is why various stories are being spread around about the housing market turning by that point - a small increase can be engineered over the summer I reckon). After then (and perhaps before) interest rates will have to rise to start funding the debt we've taken on. Hope I'm wrong, but I can see interest rates at 8-9% by next year, perhaps rising still further in subsequent years.Speaking gibberish on internet talkboards since last Michaelmas.
