      I'm probably a bit unusual, but I never stick my vanilla CV online.

      I tune it slightly for each job I go for, send that version to the agent, and in the covering email I briefly highlight the reasons why I'd be perfect for the job. That usually gets me past the agent's "30-seconds attention" barrier.
