PS I thought Juniors Farm was mis-underrated so to speak - I am still blown away by those wicked guitar interludes - I think it was Danny McCulloch - but the sheer energy of the song I really like - superb ending as well - that final breath at the end - perfection.

it was jimmy mccullough. not to be confused with that other wings guitarist henry mucculloch! junior's farm was jimmy's first recorded output with wings. he was a great guitarist - best work is probably on wings over america.

btw almost everyone has heard henry. he is the chap speaking on dark side of the moon "i don't know - i was really drunk at the time"

i love his henry's solo on "my love". wonderful. jimmy died in the late seventies but henry is still going. i remember hearing that henry and macca didn't part well but that later, as an apology, macca sent him a guitar case filled with plectrums.

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
