Has anyone tried the Paul McKenna diet thing?

The Mrs is doing this diet and therefore I'm eating most of it too. It's not really like a diet, massive portions of veg, loads of nice recipes and appears to work.

It certainly works for me. The very best of luck to the Mrs. I hope you are something empathy by joining in Just dont mention the several mars bars you have when she is not looking!
