My rates haven't changed by much. In fact IT Security contracts have remained fairly steady for the past 2 years. Some companies pay more since the recession has started in order to attract quality contractors. Where as with permies... companies know that they can get away with paying tripe because they know some people want "Job Security".If your company is the best place to work in, for a mere £500 p/d, you can advertise here. -

I have a behemoth of a desk salvaged from scrap, which my wife keeps trying to get me to throw away. I did have to saw off about 18 inches to make it fit in my study when we reorganised things but it's still too wide for me to reach both ends and too deep for me to reach the back leaning forward from my seatOriginally posted by Doggy Styles View PostI've just got a rate rise.
