    Not really.

You're not really winding me up. I've had that done by experts.

I just feel you're wasting your time here.

If you really do have a great idea for SKA then go on and do it!

Stop wasting your time here, trying to wind people up.

You've come right out the other side of the forest of irony and ended up in the desert of wrong.

      More places than you'd think.

Banks, airports, factories, supermarkets. It became a great platform for vertical applications, mainly due to its connectivity.

Forget version 2.0 onwards. 1.3 was the dogs bollocks.

I've had to consider one complex problem and I do believe now I have a solution, so I said I want to go implement it but your friend Clippy did not like that.

Anyway, you shied away from answering simple question - I'll just assume £1 mln answer then.

You just can't respond with good grace, can you?

Even when an olive branch is offered, you just have to BANG ON AND ON AND ON like a mindless jerk.

You are an obnoxious *****, of the worst kind.

You'll never get anywhere in business...

          ...SO I'M OUT.

I am persistent - that's why SKA will be a success and that's why people like you are going to be humiliated: now that would be priceless.

With that AtW reached for his AK47 and shot dead his classmates before turning the gun on himself!

At the peak their fortune was estimated at £250mill. and they expected to reach £1 billion as they had a simple formula for success - house prices will double every 7 years.

Still buying in 2008, they can no longer roll over the cheap 4.5% loans and will start selling in 2009. They admit the game is over but expect to come out of it with a sizable fortune intact. Will be interesting to follow this couple over the next couple of years. Will their sums add up. I see plenty of red ink.

Why sell now? If, as they claim, rents still cover the mortgage than wait 5 years and offload over 10. So clearly the rents do not cover the mortgage : I reckon 1-2 years and all their properties will be repossessed.
