Does anyone know how oftern the Land Registry Sold House Prices are updated?

    they seem to have relatively updated figures and if you register you'll get a monthly update on sales in your street and area.

      It all depends on how good a job your solictor did - especially when it involves leasehold properties.

      Also, not all data is released. If you see that someone's property details are not in the "sold" section, you can force it to be flushed out by paying the £3 fee.

          Yep

          The flat that I last rented took about 12 months from the date that I moved in before it was shown as having been sold a couple of months before that date.

          The solicitor must have been really really slow

            They are not leasehold properties. I'm not looking at some bedsit!

            They are not in my street either. I'll check in a months time and let you know what I find.
