Safari for general use. Firefox for development. Opera for checking things look right in it. Chrome for comparing JS execution times with others (it's fast). Lynx occasionally if I'm SSHed into somewhere. Internet Explorer so I can see which of its idiotic bugs has been triggered and apply the appropriate fix.

And of course curl or wget, because sometimes you just want the data.

Oh, and telnet to port 80 and type in the request manually if I want to examine the response in excruciating detail.

Chrome as primary choice of browser.

Firefox as fall back / alt-tab browser (so I can have 2 gmail accounts open at the same time).

IE to check that the development that works fine every where else still works, since the majority of the traffic still comes from IE. That's all I use it for.
