          she's my MP. i didn't vote as i wasn't on the electoral roll at the time.

                  2. Does the noise still occur?
                  If Yes, this is strange: evacuate and call 999.
                  If No, the emergency has been avoided. You are now going to be cold and need to decide what to do about that, but it is a problem, not a 999 emergency.
