If you are offered, I would suggest taking it and when the contract with your skillset arrives on your lap, you would be in a better position to accept. However, if you are loaded and happy to be benched for a few semesters, then fair enough.

My pappy said to me that its always easier to look for work while you are in work than look for work while your not.

My last day at clientco today and still dont have confirmation regarding extention but to be perfectly honest I'm gonna turn it down if they do offer.

Been here 9 months doing work that is far too technical (I'm a PM) and need the fear to get out there and secure a contract relevant to my skill set. I need a little bit of job satisfaction and this is giving me nothing apart from a decent rate (which I know is important but its not everything to me).

I know alot of you will think I'm crazy to turn down an extention if they offered it but sometimes you just know it time.

Another critical factor, its pretty barron round here. out of about approx 50 people in this office there is only one fit bird... Shes looking pretty hot today actually but it won't sway me. I have spent a lot of time like this
