I think Run DMC have already answered this question...
Now Peter Piper picked peppers but Run rocked rhymes
Humpty Dumpty fell down that's his hard time
Jack B. Nimble what nimble and he was quick
But Jam Master cut faster Jack's on Jay's...manhood
Now Little Bo Peep cold lost her sheep
And Rip van Winkle fell the hell asleep
And Alice chillin somewhere in Wonderland
Jack's servin Jill a bucket in his hand
And Jam Master Jay's making out our sound
The turntables might wobble but they don't fall downGas masks don't fit snails...

It'a a moot point, because peppers aren't pickled when they are picked. Therefore, Peter could not have picked one (let alone a peck of) pickled pepper(s).Originally posted by Platypus View PostIf Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled pepper, where's the peck of pickled pepper Peter Piper picked?
However, if Peter Piper could pack pickled peppers in a peck, and Peter's peck was packed in a bushel to promote proper packing, then Peter Piper would have to poney up 4 pecks to fill the bushel.
If Peter Piper ground said pickled peppers and produced a fine pickled powder, then Peter Piper would have 537.6 cubic inches of piquant powder.

Unless 'picked' in this case meant 'chose' rather than 'removed from the parent plant'?Originally posted by TheFaQQer View PostIt'a a moot point, because peppers aren't pickled when they are picked. Therefore, Peter could not have picked one (let alone a peck of) pickled pepper(s).Comment
