How about if I measure the diameter of the coin and work out exactly the amount of pressure to apply, taking into account such factors as:Originally posted by Xenophon View PostI think that one is more common sense to be honest. Needs more geekiness.

Thickness of chocolate
cocoa content of chocolate (-the higher the cocoa content the more brittle I find it. 70% cocoa and upwards can be tough to snap.)
ambient temperature etc..I'm sorry, but I'll make no apologies for this

Why don't they make the foil out of chocolate too?Originally posted by Pogle View PostHow about if I measure the diameter of the coin and work out exactly the amount of pressure to apply, taking into account such factors as:

The thing to do with chocolate money is to take a small knife and gently slide it around the edge of the top piece of foil, allowing it to fall off the coin. Do the same to the bottom foil, around the chocolate, to get the chocolate out. Put the top foil back on the bottom foil. Offer coin to someone else, whilst eating chocolate and laughing heartedly to yourself.Gas masks don't fit snails...
