Bought 2 tickets to KOL at the O2 back in august from an ebay seller. Got an email this week saying "Seetickets have just contacted me saying they sold 3X as many tickets as they were allocated and will not be sending the tickets out". I am to be given a refund of the 130 I paid then. Checked ebay, and tickets are now selling for 215. Do believe him? I suppose there is f all I can do about it anyway. So, suggestions welcome as to an alternative use for the 140 - it was my birthday treat to myself.

Hard to prove the resale though, esp if he uses another account.Originally posted by Flubster View PostContact ebay direct. Isn't there something against reselling tickets on ebay. Why not contact Seetickets and see if you can get his cancelled. OK it won't get you there but it might be a laugh.Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
