Hmmm, I notice they used bigger buttons for some of the letters like N - this is bound to fk up my touch typing and affect post count on CUK

Good thing I never use that cluster...
Can't recall a long delete key, but the 4000 has essentially what I consider to be a standard cluster now (2 rows x 3 columns rather than 3 rows x 2 columns).
Where are we going? And what’s with this hand basket?

It's not too bad - the T, G, H and N keys were larger on my previous natural keyboards, albeit the key surface was standard sized (the rest of the key was recessed).

          It makes me very

I am looking at my current keyboard and N is longer there which I did not notice but turns out the top hitting part is standard AT sized, the rest of the big button is lowered so I did not notice - on this new one (and they stopped making the other one ffs not even on ebay now) its big sized button, ffs

I am so pissed off now I might even buy it in local PC World to start using sooner to get used to this tulip. I might be posting less on here as the result...

Shouldn't be a problem hopefully - just gives you more to aim at for those particular keys!

The thing that pisses me off most are those Start/Menu keys - they use prime space between Alt and Ctrl, ffs ergonomics my arse

Yes you're right they are all a bit smaller.

I hadn't really noticed the large N, but my old natural keyboard had a space to the left of the N. The G,H and 7 keys are all bigger as well. I'd not really looked that close; they've obviously put a lot more effort into the spacing of the keys than I'd given them credit for. Strange how it's Microsoft of all people that make the best keyboards. I just wish they'd make the same one but without the extra crappy silver buttons.

But I find it doesn't take me long to adapt to anything.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

I hope not by much (I use them a lot in FAR - Norton Commander clone), just about to go pick up this new keyboard from PC World

                  Thanks for posting this stuff!

Spacebar is hard to to press? It is just a tad heavier than my previous keyboards, but not by much. Although saying that I've just tried the spacebar on my original natural keyboard, and that is very light.
