                      This isnt panic - this is the right thing to do.

                      Theyll more than likely ensure it does NOT go below 2.5% over the coming months and quarters and in the mean time will rely on our good old diplomacy and politics to ensure Oil does not escalate - as if Oil goes back to $120-$140 both the UK and USA are in deep tulipe.

                      Now how many favours must be being called in at our SIS to ensure the Middle East dont cut production too much.
