I'm seriously wondering where to put all the cash when I sell Bogey Towers.

Sorry, but if you've made any money from Bogey Towers you've made it immorally and he won't let you invest. If you find other money to invest you'll have to keep all your shares in SKA for at least 3 generations, otherwise you'll have to pay huge penalties.
