          Thought Leadership is by far the best.

          I attended a (permie) management seminar for one of the UK big banks and the presenter the CIO advised we needed to demonstrate this.

          When I asked him to define this he almost fell off his podium and it provided much entertainment

                    Can you tell I like old-fashioned desktop applications
                    But Google promise three nines availability, which is higher than you get locally from even your ms browser, never mind something complex like outlook.

                    So of it's a no-brainer choice for managment.
